concealment and camouflage procedures to prevent detection by
enemy. Studies maps and aerial photographs to locate friendly
and enemy positoins. Confers with friendly unit personnel and
furnishes information about enemy location, troop movement
and similar tactical infomration.
Drops ammunition into mortar
to discharge and fire amumnition at target.
Observes projectile
burst and readjusts mortar to obtain effective hit on target.
